Baked Oatmeal

Prep: 10 minutes Bake: 40 minutes Servings: 9

Ingredients:

  • 3 Cups quick cooking oats
  • 1 Cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 Cup Whole Milk
  • 1/2 Cup safe Butter (Melted)

Substitutions:

  • Quinoa instead of Oats
  • Applesauce instead of Eggs
  • Safe milk instead of Whole Milk
  • Leave our Cinnamon if Needed
  • Safe Butter instead of Dairy Butter (we use Smart Balance or Earth Balance)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. In a Large bowl, combine Oats, Brown Sugar, Baking Powder, Cinnamon, and Salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk Eggs, Milk, and Butter.
  4. Stir into Oat mixture until blended.
  5. Spoon into a greased 9inch square baking pan.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until set.
