Ingredients:
- 3 Cups quick cooking oats
- 1 Cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 Cup Whole Milk
- 1/2 Cup safe Butter (Melted)
Substitutions:
- Quinoa instead of Oats
- Applesauce instead of Eggs
- Safe milk instead of Whole Milk
- Leave our Cinnamon if Needed
- Safe Butter instead of Dairy Butter (we use Smart Balance or Earth Balance)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350F
- In a Large bowl, combine Oats, Brown Sugar, Baking Powder, Cinnamon, and Salt.
- In another bowl, whisk Eggs, Milk, and Butter.
- Stir into Oat mixture until blended.
- Spoon into a greased 9inch square baking pan.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until set.
